The ’62 Center for Theatre and Dance at Williams College will launch a new summer performance series running June 15 through August 29, bringing together regional arts organizations, residencies, screenings, concerts, and special events.

Summer at the ’62 Center will include more than 30 days of programming and is intended to activate the center’s performance and rehearsal spaces during the summer months while supporting artists and cultural partners from the Berkshires and beyond.

“This summer is an opportunity for us to share, learn, and build something meaningful in partnership with the incredible arts community in the Berkshires and beyond,” said Nate Wiessner, managing director of the ’62 Center. “We’re thinking of this as a continuation of our year-round work, and exploring what a shared summer ecosystem at the ’62 Center might look like.”

Regional Partners

Participating organizations include Barrington Stage Company, Berkshire Theatre Group, Chester Theatre Company, Hilltown Theatre Anonymous, Hubbard Hall, Images Cinema, The Adams Theater, and WAM Theatre, with additional collaborators presenting performances, film screenings, concerts, and residencies throughout the summer.

Tickets will be managed by individual organizations, with a centralized calendar and links available through the ’62 Center website.
