ABOUT THE COMEDIANS
Sammy Anzer (headliner): A runway model for Fashion Week, holder of a master’s in education, interviewed by ZIWE, the star of Chipotle’s Internal training videos, the creator of the web series that brings comedians to Art Museums, “Comedians Talk Art”—who is this man, Sammy Anzer?
Some enjoy Sammy for his Queens, NY affect, and slick, playful approach to difficult topics. Some like him for his resemblance to Daniel Riccardo. Some remember him as the cleanest comedian at Skankfest or as “Church Camp Drake” on Kevin Hart’s ‘You Look Like.’ Still, all agree Sammy Anzer is growing into the mixed-race comedic voice in America, and he’s proven it by performing with DL Hughley, Maria Bamford, and Fahim Anwar.
Catch Sammy live to see why: “Anzer’s performances blend joy with contemplation, and his insightful societal commentary inspires reflection while maintaining an uplifting atmosphere.”—Rooster Magazine.
Robyn Jaffe (feature act) is a New York City based comedian. She performs at clubs across the city. She’ll recap her dating disasters, talk current events with a twist, and let you in on what it’s really like to teach sex education to middle school students. Her apartment is small, her Jewish parents are proud, and her dates dread being named in her act. She keeps her followers entertained by sharing her jokes weekly each Sunday night during “Pajamedy” on instagram. Follow her on twitter @rjaffejokes.
Charlie Nadler (host) owes his existence to a TV show; his parents met while writing together on Laverne & Shirley. In 10+ years of performing standup while based in Los Angeles, New York City, and now the Berkshires, he has released two albums and told jokes around the world in clubs, colleges, festivals, bars, country clubs, teen centers, basements, attics, and one barber shop. He also develops screenplays and serves as co-founder of Laugh Dealers, a company that produces custom comedy shows and consulting for companies and individuals. Nadler relocated here in 2019 with his wife Cary. Together they raise two cats who do not care for comedy.

ABOUT BRIGHT IDEAS BREWING
Founded in 2016 on the campus of the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art, Bright Ideas Brewing started with a simple goal; to provide good beer to museum-goers and North Adams locals alike, creating a common space where the two groups could connect over a beer.
Since then, Bright Ideas has grown and evolved, with every batch of beer aiming to improve on the one that came before. The reach of their beers expanded when they began canning and distributing their beers to local restaurants and package stores around western Massachusetts.
