The Hoosic River Revival is sponsoring a community walk exploring the Hoosic River’s North Branch, in the area of Union and Canal Streets in North Adams. The walk will take place from 1:00-2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 6, starting at the Canal Street parking lot across from HiLo/Parlor Cafe. The walk is a rain or shine event. The power and beauty of the Hoosic River brought Native Americans, early settlers, and our current residents to North Adams.
