General Description:
Flexible part of our food team, covering line and prep shifts across our three businesses.

Major Job Activities/Responsibilities:
Quick and beautiful presentation of food. Maintain an impeccably clean kitchen.
Be prepared to cook the second the doors open until the last customer needs are met.
Fulfill all opening and closing list requirements.
Must comply with all COVID-19 safety codes, including wearing a mask inside the building at all times, hand washing and sanitizing and surface sanitizing.
Supervision/Communication Requirements:
This position will report any feedback from customers, employees or observations about the product or system to Austin so that we may run the smoothest operation possible.
They will be responsible for communicating food prep levels and needs at the end of every shift, as well as any unknown immediate single ingredient fall shorts. Candidates must be able to independently identify problems & independently propose solutions, accept supervisory direction, and work as a team member to achieve goals.
Job Performance Requirements:
Must be able to quickly and efficiently prepare attractive food. Must be able to maintain calm in busy environments. Must be able to cut through a full board of tickets like a knife through butter.
Must be able to carry 50 lbs up a flight of stairs and at least 150 feet. Must be able to effectively communicate with a team in busy situations. Must be able to handle sharp knives and kitchen equipment safely and respectfully. Must be able to wear a mask for extended periods of time for customer safety.
Qualifications:
Line cook experience is preferred.
