The Lee Cultural Council and the Starving Artist Café are presenting “Sundays in the Park” from 12:30 am – 2:30 pm starting Sunday, July 3rd and running through Sunday, August 7th in front of the First Congregational Church in the Town Park. Concert will be held sprinkle or shine!
Here’s the lineup:
July 3 Robin OHerin (Delta and Piedmont Blues and Gospel) and Marylou Ferrante (multi-instrumentalist who performs Country Blues, traditional Old Time & Folk music)
July 10 Eva Cappelli (Blues, Country, Rock, Folk and even a little Jazz) and Wildcat O’Halloran (contemporary Blues)
July 17 Liv Cummins and Sandy McKnight (Pop/Folk) and Garrin Benfield (rock and folk realm)
July 24 Sherry Steiner (soothing original instrumental music) and Bill & Jay (Pop songs and classical pieces)
July 31 Dos Matchsticks! Dar Maloney and Tom Conklin (original indie rock and more) and Cello & Violin Duo Bel Canto Chamber Players (String ensembles)
August 7 Tere Luna Romantica (singer and Mexican folkloric dancer) and Acousticca (trio performing original Blues/Rock)
Bring a chair, stop in the park to get 10% OFF discount coupons from participating restaurants or bring your own picnic, and have a seat to listen to the beats of the local musicians performing at the free concerts in the park.
