Climate Change Preparedness and Pittsfield: Big Storms and What You Can Do
Part of Climate Preparedness Week 2019, an effort of Communities Responding to Extreme Weather (https://www.climatecrew.org/prep_week).
Join us in the Auditorium to learn about some of the major climate change issues facing the Berkshires: big storms and water runoff. We’ll talk about what’s being done and what you can do to prepare.
This event will be a forum followed by a Q & A. It is a collaboration of the Berkshire Environmental Action Team, Housatonic Valley Association, the Berkshire Regional Planning Commission, and the the Berkshire County Board of Health Association.
Light refreshments will be served.
Attention Berkshire Community College students: This program has been approved for Forum credit.
