I’m looking for people who would be interested in getting together for candlepin bowling.
The main goal is to enjoy a social activity, not serious competition or achieving high scores. The ideal participants must be secure and good-humored enough if we throw a lot of gutter balls; someone who enjoys bowling but doesn’t have the time to commit to an official league. It’s just about getting out and doing something social.
I’m thinking of it being a week-night thing (Thursday nights; say 7pm) or possibly weekend afternoons (Saturday or Sunday), depending on the interest. The events would involve 2 strings of bowling, at Valley Park Bowl in North Adams. It would be great if this eventually turns into a weekly group, but will just start with a few one-offs to see how it goes; no commitment necessary!
First event: Thursday, May 5th at 7:00pm.
Contact me through the message box below if you’re interested, or send me a Private Message through my Greylock Glass profile. I’ll respond back to folks separately with confirmed plans.
Thanks!
Dave
